The Cook is responsible for ensuring that company standards are being met in the non-customer facing areas of our restaurant. Our Cooks play an essential role in delighting every guest.
Our team members average $11/hr in tips through our tip pool (in addition to hourly wage). With hourly rates starting at $20.70, that's a total starting at $31.70/hr for a job you can enjoy!
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and plate food according to our menu specifications and ticket orders

Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients

Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware

Ensure that kitchen items remained stocked throughout the shift

Follow company food safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas

Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner

Provide excellent customer service

Ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
