Our medical practice in Manassas, Virginia is looking for an experienced or motivated Bilingual Medical Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our team.

What You'll Do
As a Medical Assistant, you will play an important role in keeping our clinical operations running smoothly and providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities may include:
- Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
- Taking and documenting patient histories
- Medication reconciliation
- Assisting providers with examinations and procedures
- Performing injections, EKGs, and other clinical tasks as trained
- Collecting and preparing laboratory specimens
- Assisting with referrals and diagnostic testing
- Preparing examination rooms and maintaining clinical supplies
- Communicating with patients regarding appointments, instructions, and follow-up
- Answering patient questions and helping patients navigate their care
- Documenting information accurately in the electronic medical record
- Providing excellent customer service to every patient
- Working as part of a collaborative clinical team
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous medical assistant or clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate
- Comfortable working in a busy medical practice
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to help the team
We would especially like to meet candidates who are:
- Experienced Medical Assistants
- Certified Medical Assistants (CMA/RMA), although certification is not required if you have relevant experience
- Bilingual and comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking patients
- Team players who take pride in their work
