RUD Fleet is seeking to hire a Client Support Coordinator to our expanding client services team. This position will coordinate and manage active customer orders and projects, serving as a key communication link between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will have an opportunity for career growth and advancement within this fast-growing transportation solution company. Role Overview:
- Project coordination and oversight: Monitor, review, and manage project activity and status across active orders.
- Maintain multiple systems and reports, ensuring project information is accurate, current, and aligned across teams.
- Create and deliver project status updates for customers. Identify and communicate any noteworthy factors affecting project progress.
- New order coordination: Track timeframes and deliverables to ensure that customers’ expectations are met.
- Communicate customer expectations, priorities, and timelines to other RUD team members.
- Provide timely, professional responses to email requests, ensuring a fast and consistent customer response time.
- Actively manage order status and communication with the goal of providing clarity to customers and visibility to internal team members.
Skills and Traits:
- High degree of comfort with high-volume data and systems.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficient skills in Monday.com is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills.
