About the Role
Make Your Life Sweeter® is seeking an Event Planning Coordinator to support our CEO and events team with both client activations and in-office production. This hybrid role combines event coordination with operations, requiring someone who is polished enough to support luxury client meetings while also rolling up their sleeves to prepare packaging, labels, and event materials.
You will assist with planning and executing events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that our brand is represented at the highest level in every detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event planning, including timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination
- Support the CEO with client tastings, meetings, and event presentations
- Coordinate event setup and breakdown, ensuring displays are polished and on-brand
- Oversee packaging, labeling, and production of event materials in the office
- Manage inventory of supplies and event collateral, tracking usage and reorders
- Support marketing and sales teams by preparing decks, proposals, and visual aids
- Travel locally (and occasionally nationally) to assist with event activations and client support
- Ensure every detail of production and event execution meets brand standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or project coordination is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Polished, professional appearance and communication style
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when events require
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable assisting with both client-facing events and in-office operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic Adobe Illustrator knowledge is a plus
