Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a diverse agricultural lending portfolio, ensuring sound credit quality and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with producers, ag businesses, and community members to understand their goals and structure financial solutions that fit their needs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior lenders and staff, helping to shape the bank’s ag lending strategy.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development, with opportunities to advance within the organization.
- Maintain strong ties to the ag community through networking, events, and industry engagement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of agricultural lending experience with proven portfolio management skills.
- Solid understanding of ag credit analysis, underwriting, and risk management.
- A relationship-driven professional with a genuine passion for agriculture and rural communities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ag Economics, Finance, or related field preferred.
