As part of the Sales team, you will partner with our customers to identify their needs, recommend solutions, and close sales. You'll be responsible for growing our customer base through inbound leads, referrals, and proactive outreach. The ideal candidate will provide timely exceptional customer service to new and existing customers. On average the Sales team spends 30% of their week in the office, 70% in the field.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Competitive pay – first year compensation $60,000 salary plus commission to support onboarding and training. After the first year, the role will transition into a full commission-based pay structure.

Responsibilities:
· Consult with commercial clients to assess door/access system needs
· Prepare and present quotes and proposals
· Manage sales pipeline and close sales to meet monthly targets
· Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure project success
· Maintain customer relationships and follow up pre & post-sale
· Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
· Passionate with the ability to create innovative solutions to solve challenges
· Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience preferred. Background in construction, building materials, or overhead doors is a significant plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational abilities
- Valid driver’s license (REAL ID) and reliable transportation
