Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain spray equipment, including power tools, farm machinery, and hand tools to apply lawn care products accurately.
- Follow all pesticide management protocols and integrated pest management (IPM) strategies to control pests effectively while minimizing environmental impact.
- Handle chemical agents with strict adherence to chemical handling procedures, respiratory protection guidelines, and confined space entry safety procedures when necessary.
- Conduct site assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on pest activity, lawn conditions, and landscape needs.
Qualifications
- Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care, farming, landscaping, agriculture, or pest control is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with pesticide management, chemical agent handling, and integrated pest management practices.
