Job Summary

Duties
- Assist in planning menus that meet dietary needs and preferences, ensuring variety and nutritional balance
- Prepare, cook, and serve meals with attention to quality, presentation, and safety standards
- Handle food with proper safety protocols, including proper storage, sanitation, and hygiene practices
- Support catering events or special meal services by preparing large quantities of food efficiently
- Serve meals to Kids or customers with professionalism and friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment to uphold health regulations
- Collaborate with dietary department staff to ensure meal consistency and adherence to dietary restrictions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly preferred
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant settings
- Knowledge of menu planning, food handling procedures, and food safety regulations
- Skilled in meal preparation techniques including knife skills and culinary methods
- Experience in catering or large-scale food service environments is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
