Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life.
- Assist with activities of daily living, cleaning, shopping, hygiene reminders, and meal preparation.
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in community activities.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized living space for individuals.
Experience:
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

Qualifications:
- CPR and First Aid certification required (we can help with obtaining this certification)

- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to follow care plans, protocols, and safety guidelines.
