As a financial advisor, you will:
- Grow your client base by making new connections, maintaining a strong referral network, and providing a great client experience.
- Build personalized, holistic financial plans tailored to every client’s unique needs.
- Manage your client’s financial plans to help them achieve their goals.
- Grow relationships with clients to support them through every stage of life.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales and relationship-focused client engagements
- We are seeking candidates with a hunter mentality and with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to simplify financial planning, insurance and retirement planning to explain them in terms clients can easily understand.
- Able to apply creative solutions to a variety of issues in a fast-paced environment.
- There is occasional travel in some territories (up to 25% travel), which includes networking events, and meeting potential clients in your area(s).
- Proactively prospect for new clients by leveraging market research, sales tools, etc.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
