Position Overview
This is a part-time position with a pathway to full-time as caseload builds. The therapist will provide pediatric occupational therapy services at our Torrance clinic, with opportunities to contribute to program development and collaborate closely with our speech and feeding team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individualized occupational therapy services for pediatric clients
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Collaborate with speech therapists and other team members for integrated care
- Educate and support families to promote carryover at home
- Maintain clear, timely documentation (SOAP notes, progress reports, evaluations)
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in California
- Experience in pediatrics preferred (new grads with strong clinical training considered)
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to individualize treatment
- Clear, professional communication with families and team members
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow through on responsibilities
- Interest in continued learning and professional growth
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
