Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Bartender to join us at The Polish Club!
In this role, you will not just be a face or some person handing a beer out, you will be getting to create memorable experiences for our members through exceptional beverage service, with quite the atmosphere.

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision.
- Engage with both Our members and the public at times in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Sweeping, mopping and wiping are a must
- Stocking Beer and Pop Coolers every shift.
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Cooking with a deep fryer
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of cocktail mixing, spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage recipe development
- MUST BE ABLE TO SUBMIT and PASS a Background check. ABSOLUTELY NO FELONIES.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in a sometimes fast paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math proficiency for inventory management.
- Being capable to lift up to 50lbs and carry up to 40lbs.
Pay: From $9.00 per hour
