Hellas., Inc. headquartered in Austin, TX, is a nationwide specializing in sports facility construction. We manufacture, install, resurface artificial turfs, and synthetic surfaces while completing the design from start to finish. Hellas, Inc. is looking for a skilled General Laborer to join our team and increase our national presence in the Texas area.

*MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IN THE LAST YEAR*
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing areas, setting up, and organizing materials.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
- Perform basic construction duties such as digging, leveling, and mixing materials.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Clean and maintain job sites, ensuring they are tidy and organized for the next phase of construction.
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Qualifications

- Must have reliable transportation.
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of 1 year of recent construction experience working outdoors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools; ability to follow instructions and regulations on the job site.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependable attitude.
