*** Available part-time and full-time, looking for PM availability (5-9PM and 5-10PM). Must be 18+.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
- Prep station and maintain stock throughout the shift
- Package takeout and delivery orders
- Relay reports of customer satisfaction or complaints to the BOH
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
- Act as a liaison between the kitchen and service staff.
- Coordinate food orders, preparation, and delivery. Check the status of order tickets and compare completed orders to the original guest order.
- Maintain the efficiency of the kitchen and dining room. Ensure the line is stocked, neat, clean, and safe.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in customer service industry
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
