Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our Mechanic shop team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal production performance. In this shop, we mainly work on Semi Trucks. Your expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mechanical background- However this job is willing to work with employees that are also just getting out of school and have little experience, but has completed schooling. Pay will depend on the level of work performance shown. There will be a 30 day period for employee to establish their knowledge. There is always opportunity for pay growth.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issue
- Conduct field service repairs on-site at various manufacturing stations or customer locations as needed.
Requirements
- Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility environment
- Good analysis skills to identify root causes of equipment failures quickly and accurately.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly in English with team members and clients.
- Field service experience in industrial settings preferred; military background considered a plus.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to high voltage systems and industrial maintenance procedures.
- Drivers license is needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
