We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, inventory management, material fulfillment, and warehouse personnel. This position plays a critical role in supporting our HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical field teams by ensuring the right materials are available, organized, and delivered when needed.
This is not a desk job. We are looking for a leader who can effectively manage people, inventory, and processes while working alongside the team to drive results.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop warehouse team members through coaching, accountability, and support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and highly efficient warehouse environment
- Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and process improvements
- Manage inventory levels using Min/Max strategies based on usage trends and demand
- Coordinate material fulfillment for technicians and installers
- Collaborate closely with field leaders, operations managers, purchasing, and vendors
- Create schedules and prioritize daily workflow to support business needs
- Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Support occasional material deliveries when needed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to lead teams while maintaining accountability and positive culture
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock levels
- Ability to analyze inventory usage and make informed stocking decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using technology and inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in an active warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, Distribution, or Service industries
- Experience with Service Titan inventory management and purchasing functions a plus
- Knowledge of Min/Max inventory management principles
- Understanding of purchasing, inventory turns, carrying costs, and warehouse financial performance
- Forklift certification
- Experience implementing process improvements and warehouse organization systems

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
