Our client, a Japanese company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, accounting administration, HR support, and general office coordination. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys handling a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Administrative & Office Support

Provide general administrative support for daily office operations

Handle incoming phone calls and external emails

Support billing and collections

Maintain accounting-related records and documentation
HR & Office Coordination

Provide basic HR administrative support

Coordinate internal and external company events

Manage office supplies and inventory

Support additional administrative projects as assigned

Fluent English communication skills

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
