What we’re looking for?
- One year of customer service experience, front desk experience is helpful, not required.
- Passion for creating memorable experiences for every guest.
- The ability to juggle, metaphorically.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Exhibits a positive and friendly demeanor in all guest interactions.
- Keen listener with ability to address guest concerns and de-escalate issues.
- Desire to learn about people, and the local community.
- Someone who would still plan a perfect trip on a deserted island.
What you'll do?
- Make magic happen.
- Greet guests with a warm welcome.
- Assist guests with making reservations.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out process.
- Provide information about our hotel, rates and amenities.
- Provide guests with suggestions for things to do in the area: restaurants, beaches/parks, shopping, etc.
- Accommodate guests needs and any special requests.
- Respond to guests concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Be the cherry on top of their stay.
