No experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training for the right individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain residential swimming pools
- Test and balance pool chemicals
- Inspect pool equipment and report issues
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate service records
Compensation
This is a production-based pay position, meaning your earnings are based on the amount of work completed. The more productive, efficient, and quality-focused you are, the greater your earning potential.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must provide your own reliable truck
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry pool chemicals and equipment
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Must provide employment references
