Position: Bakery Cashier/FOH Team Member

Responsibilities: ● Greets and serves customers with a positive attitude, and in a polite, friendly and professional manner ● Operates a POS system and handles all sales transactions ● Prepares custom, made-to-order cinnamon rolls and other bakery items for customers ● Operates a commercial oven, and follows specific quality control procedures ● Fulfills third-party delivery orders in a timely manner ● Maintains clean store including mopping, sanitizing food prep area, routine dusting and general disinfecting ● Washes dishes using three compartment sink ● Follows opening and closing checklists ● Provide outstanding customer service ● Handles compliments and complaints in a courteous manner ● Will be cross-trained to also operate BOH Requirements: ● Must have reliable transportation ● Must be customer-service driven ● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. ● Excellent verbal communication skills, and basic math skills ● Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment ● Friendly attitude and team player who is able to work well with others ● Ability to prioritize and have a sense of urgency ● Customer service, food service or retail experience a plus, but not required
