Glazier/Glass Cutting & Production Technician

Studio Glass Miami is looking for a young, experienced (3-5 yrs minimum), reliable and detail-oriented Glass Cutting & Production Technician to join our growing team. This position involves glass cutting, fabrication support, material handling, and occasional assisting with installations for high-end residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate cutting and preparation of glass materials according to project specifications
- Operate and maintain cutting tools and production equipment safely
- Read and follow measurements, drawings, and production orders
- Perform fabrication and assembly processes
- Maintain a clean and organized production workspace
- Support inventory organization and material tracking
- Assist with loading, unloading, deliveries, and material transportation as needed
- Provide installation assistance on job sites when required
- Inspect materials for quality and defects before use or delivery
- Follow company safety procedures and production standards
- Support the production and installation team with additional assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Experience 3-5 yrs in glass cutting, fabrication, or glazing required
- English required
- Spanish is preferred
- Ability to read measurements accurately
- Comfortable using power tools and production equipment
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
