Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Rough/Finish Carpenter who takes pride in their work and upholds values of integrity, dependability, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple trades and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on a variety of restoration and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rough/Finish Carpentry including: installing custom cabinetry, trim, casings, doors, framing etc.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and to specification
- Provide high-quality workmanship that meets company standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience and construction
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
