About Yummy Lotus
Yummy Lotus is a small-batch gourmet pepper jam company built around one simple idea: making every meal yummy and easy.
We’re a community-driven brand showing up at farmers markets and events across Denver—and we’re looking for someone who can confidently represent that experience when we’re not there.
The Role
This is not just a “booth job.”
You’ll be the face of Yummy Lotus at markets — running the booth independently, connecting with customers, driving sales, and creating a warm, inviting experience.
If you love food, people, and being part of something growing, this is a really fun and rewarding role.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and break down a clean, inviting market booth
- Share samples and confidently talk about products + simple ways to use them
- Engage customers in a natural, friendly way (not pushy, not passive)
- Process sales via Square + cash
- Keep inventory organized and restocked throughout the market
- Submit a quick post-market recap (sales + notes)
You’ll be working solo (minus training), so confidence and ownership matter.
Who This Is Perfect For
You are:
- Naturally warm, outgoing, and enjoy talking with people
- Reliable to your core (if you say you’ll be there, you are)
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions
- Sales-minded (you enjoy helping people choose + buy)
- Detail-oriented and take pride in presentation
- Excited about local food, small business, and community
Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
- Available every Saturday (consistent commitment required)
- Able to start early (typically 6:30 AM setup)
- Reliable vehicle that fits a 6ft tent + supplies
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willing to travel up to ~30 minutes from Littleton for markets in Denver/Surrounding Metro Areas - Shifts start and end at our storage facility in littleton
- Smartphone capable of running Square + Sling (our scheduling app)
What You Get
- $22/hour
- Product allowance (keep or trade with other vendors—yes, it’s fun)
- A consistent, seasonal role with a growing local brand
- Real sales + small business experience (this is hands-on)
How to Apply
Send me a message with:
- A short note about yourself
- Why this role feels like a fit for you
Bonus points: Tell me how you would sell jam to someone who says, “I don’t know what I’d use that for.”
