Got Rack is hiring a Fabrication Manager to lead steel manufacturing for pallet racking, cantilever, and mezzanine systems. This role manages all fabrication processes and production staff to ensure quality, cost control, and efficiency.
Requirements:
5–7 years’ experience in steel fabrication and welding (MIG required)

Skilled in sawing, punching, drilling, powder coating, and robotic welding

Proven ability in production planning, costing, and workflow scheduling

Experience managing incentive programs and training fabrication staff

Strong background in quality control and reading fabrication drawings

Familiarity with warehouse inventory management and cycle counting

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in industrial environment

Enforce strict adherence to fabrication safety standards
