- Location: Baton Rouge & surrounding areas
- Setting: LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) Hospital Facility
- Schedule: PRN (as needed)
- Shift Options:
- Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to medically complex patients
- Monitor and assess patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Work closely with interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards
Requirements
- Active Louisiana RN license or Multistate Compact License
- Current American Heart BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in:
** LTAC, Med-Surg, Or Rehab Facility
