We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate- Order Filler (Medical Supplies) to join our team in a fast-paced medical supply warehouse. In this role, you will support the accurate preparation and shipment of prescription-related medical supplies, helping ensure patients receive the products they need safely and on time. No prior experience is required. A background in healthcare or pharmacy is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare medical supplies and prescription-related orders with a high level of accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling to meet company and healthcare standards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory; prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Inventory Support: Assist with tracking and organizing inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and handling guidelines for medical products.
- Documentation: Accurately record order details and inventory movements using warehouse systems.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: No experience required; warehouse, logistics, healthcare, or pharmacy experience is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills; experience with warehouse systems is a plus.
- Communication: Able to follow instructions and work effectively on a team.
