Lead Carpenter Job - Orange County, CA
Cooks Finish Carpentry, a dynamic and detail-oriented company based in Orange County, CA, is currently seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. Our work is centered on bringing perfection to every project we undertake, specializing in a wide range of carpentry services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage carpentry teams on various jobsites.
Oversee the installation of interior and exterior doors, setting jambs and pocket frames, and conventionally hanging doors.
Perform precise carpentry work including mortising hinges, boring doors, and installing weather-stripping.
Expertise in the installation of door hardware, casing, tongue and groove, baseboard, shiplap, wainscoting, coffered ceilings, box beams, solid beams, and fireplace mantels.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in doors and mouldings, with a preference for candidates who have experience in door installation and related tasks.
Must possess a truck or van and own tools necessary for performing job site tasks.
Valid CA driver’s license and insurance.
Ability to lead other carpenters and effectively run jobsites.
