Nectar is looking for a friendly, energetic Front of House team member to join us in Moscow, Idaho. If you enjoy creating great experiences, connecting with people, and being part of a team, we’d love to meet you.
Our Front of House team is the heart of the guest experience. You’ll welcome guests, provide attentive and knowledgeable service, help create a warm and inviting atmosphere, and make sure every guest leaves with a great impression of Nectar.
We’re looking for someone who is personable, dependable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Provide attentive, professional service throughout the guest experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations when appropriate.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guests have everything they need.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front of house.
- Communicate clearly and work closely with the kitchen and other team members.
- Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and help find solutions.
- Process payments accurately and responsibly.
- Follow restaurant policies and service standards.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in taking care of guests.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Ability to stay organized and attentive to detail during busy shifts.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
