NOW HIRING: ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENTS - Up to $600/week Per Diem
PRST is seeking a full-time Electrical Superintendent to lead the execution of multi-family and hotel construction projects. This leadership role is responsible for managing electrical work from initial planning through final completion, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and meeting project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Lead and manage project teams—electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors—to ensure efficient and effective execution of work.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful and timely completion.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain clear communication and satisfaction.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship across all work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to plans and specifications.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to team members.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of hospitality experience (installer or lead)
- 4+ years as a superintendent
- Local, with willingness to travel
- Able to lead crews of 8–10
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with project management tools
The hourly rate for this position is $46-$48/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
