Job Overview:
The packing clerk is responsible for placing manufactured goods and products into containers in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The order packer is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders. They are to label boxes and identify incomplete or defective products and notify supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Packing orders for shipment
- Verifying correctness of all orders
- Perform basic math calculations to verify quantities and measurements
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Work overtime hours and/or weekends as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as an Order Packer or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and order fulfillment processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be able to read and count accurately, write legibly, and have basic math skills for quantity verification
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Work overtime hours and/or weekends as needed

Working Environment and Conditions: In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.
- The work space is clean, orderly, properly lighted, and ventilated with the proper safety compliance
- Noise levels are considered moderate to high
- Warehouse environment with light machinery noise; forklifts, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
