Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in manufacturing precision parts. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with various materials and machinery.
Duties
- Performs all assigned CNC operations
- Reads and processes sheets, blueprints, and sketches of part to determine machining to be done, dimensional specifications, set up using tooling/fixturing, and operating requirements
- Performs preventative maintenance on machines
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows safety procedures
- Maintains job routing information and completes signoffs as required
Skills
- ITAR – U.S. citizenship required
- High school or equivalent
- CNC experience required, 2-5 years preferred
- Proficient with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Experience with Mazak, Hurco, or Haas machines is preferred
