Position Summary
Chemco Corp is seeking a highly organized and proactive Key Account Coordinator to support major retail accounts.
This role serves as the operational link between the retailer and internal departments including production, planning, purchasing, shipping, and customer service to ensure retailer expectations, inventory levels, timelines, and operational requirements are consistently met.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Miami, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational communication with retail accounts
- Coordinate retailer requests, order updates, samples, and operational follow-ups
- Monitor open orders, inventory levels, manufacturing progress, and shipping timelines
- Follow up internally with production, planning, purchasing, and shipping teams
- Escalate inventory risks, delays, and operational issues proactively
- Maintain retailer reports, forecasting spreadsheets, and tracking documents
- Coordinate Vendor Ops issues, chargebacks, and retailer compliance requirements
- Monitor retailer portals, deadlines, and operational requests
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account coordination, retail operations, customer operations, or related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience working with retailer/vendor portals preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, CPG, beauty, or retail industry preferred
