We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Associate to join our team in Berryville, VA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Follow care plans and adhere to facility policies and procedures.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Support residents in participating in recreational and social activities.
- Previous experience as a Resident Care Associate or in a similar caregiving role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
