JoeyClean is a family-owned, premium automotive appearance and protection business built on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Window Tint Installer to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, in-shop position focused on delivering professional window tint installations and removals while maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect from JoeyClean.
Position Overview
We are looking for a professional who takes pride in precision, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience tinting a variety of vehicle types, including cars, trucks, SUVs, Teslas, luxury vehicles, and specialty vehicles, and can consistently perform clean, defect-free installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional window tint installations and removals on a variety of vehicle types
- Install film on windshields, side windows, rear glass, and other applicable glass surfaces
- Remove existing window film without damaging glass, trim, or defroster lines
- Consistently deliver high-quality workmanship that meets JoeyClean's installation standards
- Must know how to hand cut and use a plotter
- Conduct quality inspections before vehicle delivery
- Create estimates and service recommendations using company software and CRM systems
- Answer customer inquiries regarding tint products, services, pricing, and installation options
- Process customer payments and complete transactions accurately
- Check vehicles in and out while ensuring a professional customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and service notes within our CRM platform
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Assist with shop operations and vehicle handling as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional window tint installation experience in a shop environment
- Experience tinting a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Experience working directly with customers in a professional service environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability
- Eagerness to learn and continue developing professionally
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must know how to operate a manual transmission
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift up to 50lbs and work in various positions throughout the day
