Plumbing Division Manager / Project Manager
Location: Lincoln, NE
Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 Base Salary

We are partnering with an established mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Plumbing Division Manager / Project Manager to help lead its commercial plumbing operations throughout Nebraska.
This is an excellent opportunity for a field-grown plumbing professional who has progressed into project management or operational leadership. The ideal candidate has spent significant time working in the trade, understands commercial plumbing inside and out, and can effectively manage projects, field personnel, customers, schedules, and financial performance.
What You'll Do
- Manage commercial plumbing projects from planning through completion
- Oversee manpower, schedules, materials, budgets, job costs, and project profitability
- Lead and support plumbers, foremen, and other field personnel
- Coordinate with general contractors, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades
- Assist with estimating, change orders, purchasing, and project forecasting
- Troubleshoot field issues and provide practical technical guidance
- Help grow the plumbing operation while developing and mentoring field personnel
What We're Looking For
- Master Plumber's License required
- Strong commercial plumbing experience
- Hands-on field background as a plumber highly preferred
- Experience as a Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, Division Manager, Operations Manager, or similar
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, drawings, and specifications
- Experience managing crews, schedules, budgets, materials, and project costs
- Strong leadership, customer-facing, and problem-solving skills
