About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-respected GC with a strong footprint across central Ohio’s mission-critical and data center markets. They are known for their high-performing teams, collaborative culture, and consistent repeat business. They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial and warehouse projects ranging from $20M–$200M+.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead onsite field operations from groundbreaking through closeout
- Manage subcontractor sequencing, daily oversight, quality control, and site logistics
- Drive safety performance and ensure compliance with all company and project requirements
- Oversee project schedules, look-aheads, and delivery coordination
- Maintain strong communication with the Project Manager, owners, and design partners
- Troubleshoot field issues and proactively resolve conflicts
- Mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a GC/CM
- Industrial, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing project experience (20–200M+)
- Strong understanding of concrete, steel, MEP coordination, and large-scale site development
- Proven ability to lead safe, efficient job sites
- Procore or similar construction software experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $110K–$170K base salary
