We’re building a strong, dependable support team for our Hawaiian Pacific Fusion restaurant and are hiring Bussers, Barbacks, and Dishwashers who take pride in hard work, teamwork, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Our restaurant blends Hawaiian-inspired flavors with Pacific and island influences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. These roles are essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience by supporting both front and back of house with speed, cleanliness, and consistency.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently (bussers)
- Support bartenders with stocking, ice, glassware, and bar prep (barbacks)
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment (dishwashers)
- Assist with trash removal, restocking, and maintaining clean service areas
- Support front and back of house teams during busy service
- Follow sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety standards
- Help maintain smooth day-to-day operations with urgency and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Ability to stay organized and move with urgency
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
