Job Summary
We are currently seeking qualified full and part time audiovisual technicians to work out of our main office in the Warwick RI area. There are full time positions with benefits and part time positions available.
Duties include:
Advanced set up of small and large audiovisual systems with audio systems, video projection, camera set up, computers, lighting and rigging for live events.
Equipment Operation: Operate advanced equipment with specialty skills in audio / video / lighting / projection / webcast.
Customer Service: Meet and interact with clients and customers, and provide outstanding customer service by establishing working relationship with clients.
Event Supervision: Work with project managers and assist & direct others during set up and equipment operation if necessary.
Equipment Preparation / Maintenance- Assist team members with transportation, loading and unloading of equipment from vehicles. Perform basic maintenance of audiovisual equipment.
Qualifications and Skills
5 or more years of audiovisual experience
Demonstrated knowledge of webcast formats including Zoom, Web Ex, Vimeo Livestream.
Experience with installation of audiovisual / computer equipment in PC/ MAC environments.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Experience operating cameras, lighting consoles, audio mixing consoles, video switchers. Experience in video conferencing software and hardware, as well as live sound engineering experience is required.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and tasks.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot obstacles.
Demonstrate sense of leadership and teamwork.
Portray a professional image to meet company dress code requirements.
Must have transportation
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to accommodate a rotating work schedule including some nights and weekends
Must to be able to occasionally travel out of state for 2-3 days
Wages are commensurate with experience.
