Allen Industries is seeking a Designer to create permit and production drawings for custom signage and architectural products. In this role, you'll work closely with sales, project managers, estimators, production teams, and customers to transform project requirements into accurate drawings for approval, permitting, and manufacturing.

Create site-specific permit and production drawings using CAD software.

Interpret project specifications, customer requirements, and construction documents.

Revise and refine designs throughout the approval process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Support continuous improvement through industry research and product knowledge.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, CorelDraw, or similar).

Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Manufacturing, construction, or mechanical experience is a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
