Job Summary
This role is responsible for a senior level warehouse associate position that requires an individual with vast experience in 3PL warehousing. Job Duties involves onboarding training , data entry , working with teams of 10+ employees & working in the warehouse work environment.
Qualifications
1. Bi-lingual English & Spanish ( Ability to read, write & speak both fluently)
2. At least 1-2 years of Warehouse experience required
3. At least 1 year of Training experience required
4. Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
5. Must be able to demonstrate strong and versatile interpersonal skills & show the ability to work and engage effectively in a team environment by collaborating with others effectively.
6. Ability to operate computers, PDA scan technology / shipping computers
7. Able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
8. Knowledge , understanding & experience of 3PL(Picking, Packing, Shipping, Sorting, Tally, Cycle Count)
9. Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
10. Demonstrate keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy
11. Have strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with multiple cultures and customs
12. Data entry Skill & Organizational Skills
13. Must be able to work one weekend day & have one day off during the week. ( Sat or Sunday )
14. 2+ years of experience on Cherry Picker, Sit-down Forklift, Bendi, Turret, EPJ
Job Responsibilities
1. Communicate with warehouse supervisor and lead to delegate tasks if needed
2. Daily Inspection of area environment ( Walk around the warehouse daily to inspect any unusual activity; Safety Hazards , Trash, etc)
3. Onboarding Training
4. Follow the job duties of designated department ( Picking, Packing , Inbound, Tally , QA)
5. Keep areas neatly organized free of broken pallets, debris & shrink wrap.
6. Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
7. Work alongside the WH team to ensure that all work gets completed in a timely manner.
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
