Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a Daytime Flex Cleaning Technician who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys flexible weekday work. This role is ideal for individuals looking for a daytime schedule while remaining part of a supportive and growing company.
Candidates must have general daytime availability Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. You can set your availability within this window and may work as little as once every two weeks based on business needs.
With strong performance, this role may grow into a regular part-time (15 to 30 hours per week) or full-time position, with potential for advancement into leadership or specialized roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete residential and commercial cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and organizing
- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines on every visit
- Shadow lead technicians and support coverage for scheduled accounts as needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Participate in occasional training sessions or team meetings
Qualifications:
- Cleaning experience preferred but not required (paid training provided)
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-focused
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable personal transportation and a smartphone for job coordination (required)
- Available Monday through Saturday during daytime hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
- Must pass a background check
