Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Litigation Paralegal based in Miami, FL. The Senior Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents; conducting thorough legal research; drafting pleadings and motions; and supporting attorneys in all aspects of civil litigation. The candidate will also work closely with the legal team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness in meeting client needs and case deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review.
- Strong Legal Research skills to ensure accurate and comprehensive preparation of cases.
- Experience in drafting and filing Pleadings and Motions.
- Exceptional organizational and case management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and other team members.
- Experience in civil litigation and knowledge of court procedures.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
