What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours.
- Perform nightly audit and balance hotel transactions.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and guest-focused environment.
- Prepare daily reports and support hotel operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Hotel front desk or Night Audit experience preferred.
- Experience with Hilton / IHG or similar hotel is a plus.
- Friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
