Full-Time Experienced Breakfast and Dinner Grill person, must be able to work restaurant hours and weekends as required.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and quality specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management
- Support food preparation and presentation
- Uphold high standards of food industry hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations
Experience
- Must have full Breakfast Grill Experience & 3 Years Restaurant Grill experience min.
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and food service operations
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
