Position: Gluing Machine Operator
Location: Bristol, PA
Pay: $32/hr
Position Overview:
Do you have machine operating experience and strong mechanical skills? We’re hiring a Gluing Machine Operator to set up and operate gluing equipment while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards!
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate gluing equipment, including machine make-ready
- Review job tickets and perform line clearances between production runs
- Configure folds, creases, and adhesive applications
- Inspect glued cartons and complete required quality checks
- Monitor equipment, scanners, glue systems, and production efficiency
- Maintain accurate production and waste records
- Perform routine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work area
- Follow all GMPs, SOPs, quality, and safety procedures
Schedule:
- Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Requirements:
- Manufacturing or gluing machine operating experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work 3rd shift
- Leadership skills with the ability to direct a crew
