FORT TRANSPORTATION is seeking a part time Customer Service Rep/Support Team Member to join our team. This is a Monday - Friday position from 9am to 3pm with a 30 min lunch break. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, the general public and drivers alike. This position will answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails and provide general administrative support all within a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping other and a drive to succeed.
Qualifications
* Must have previous customer service experience in an office setting.
* Must have previous experience working with technology in a professional office environment.
* Must be able to prioritize tasks and multi task in a fast paced environment.
* Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
* Must have previous experience using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with a TMS system is a plus, but not required.
Job Description (duties to include, but not limited to)
* Taking pickup requests by phone and email.
* Provide accurate tracing of shipments for customers.
* Answering emails in an accurate and timely manner.
* Preparing daily bank deposits and applying payments.
* Other support team functions as needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
