Investment Title LLC is seeking an organized, detail oriented, ambitious and friendly individual to grow with our company as a Settlement Processor. The ideal candidate has 1-5 years overall work experience in document review with government issued forms and communication with attorneys, lenders and the consumer in the mortgage and title industries. This position requires the ability to perform detail-oriented tasks while delivering excellent customer service to all clients and related parties. Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare and organize files in anticipation of closing
- Appropriately clear of outstanding title issues
- Prepare ALTA Settlement Statements and Closing Disclosures for submission and lender approval
- Coordinate with all parties involved to ensure all essential closing documents and funds are delivered timely
- Closing attendance and Post Closing disbursement responsibilities
- Work beyond the business day and occasional time on a weekend day as necessary
- Dynamic people skills with strong customer support orientation
- Demonstrate resourcefulness in setting priorities
- Ability to effectively work independently with multiple files simultaneously
- Intermediate level MS Office experience with emphasis on Word preferred
- Must satisfactorily pass criminal and credit background checks
Qualifications and Skills
- 0-5 years in title clearance and settlement
- Ambition towards a long-term career in the title industry preferred
- High school diploma or Higher
- Must hold a Title Producer License or be able to obtain on within 90 days of start
- Notary or be willing to acquire within 90 days start
- Valid, clean driver’s license
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities
- Intermediate MS Office experience with emphasis on Word preferred
- Experience in TitleFusion or similar Title related software
- Must pass back ground checks for crime and credit

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
