Set hours Friday & Saturday 12pm-8pm, Sunday 8am-4pm, & Monday 12pm-8pm
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks in a residential setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facilities-related issues.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Operate welding equipment for necessary repairs or fabrication projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and leadership in completing tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all maintenance duties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Familiarity with logic controllers is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership skills when necessary.
- Experience with welding techniques is a plus.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all work performed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
