SC2 is looking for some highly motivated team leaders to join our warehouse department as full-time warehouse supervisors. Strong warehouse operations experience is required. The ability to lead people to be productive and provide a high level of Quality processing material for customers is required. Supervisors will lead their teams to safely perform day-to-day operations in the warehouse and are responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient production and distribution of all materials (receiving, pick, inspection, pack, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Leads a team of associates to receive material, opens boxes & crates and other containers to inspect all incoming material and equipment purchases, verifying all items are received and in good condition.

Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Coordinates workflows of material processing to lead their team to high levels of Productivity, Quality and Safety

Develop 360-degree communication with associates and peers to accomplish the strategy for an efficient operation.

Communication skills to train and assist associates with systems updates and data entry to process completion.
REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to be on your feet 8/10 hours

Job Type: Full-time 2nd shift
Schedule: 2:00pm to 10:00pm Required Overtime
