Staffworks Group is seeking an CNC Technician for our client in Fowlerville, MI. This is a direct hire position with an hourly pay range of $33-36/hour + $1.50/hour shift premium. A sign on bonus of $3,500 is also offered + benefits! All shifts are offered.
We are seeking a CNC Machining Post Process Technician at a Fowlerville plant home to the global production of Gen1 Integrated Brake Control (IBC) systems that offer excellent responsiveness for automatic emergency braking and power regeneration for vehicle electrification.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Performing maintenance and repairs on CNC Machining centers, high pressure water deburr systems and additional production equipment.
- Knowledge of Fanuc/UR robots helpful but not required.
- Must be competent troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance programs on production equipment (i.e., cleaning, retooling, oil-changing, calibrating, aligning, etc.)
- Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate strong communication skills.
Education requirements required:
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent – and— Minimum 2 years related mechanical or electrical experience; or Applicable apprenticeship or in-house training program preferred Strong troubleshooting skills
